The conference will be held in the NW1 building at the University of Bremen, which is one of the largest campus universities in Germany with more than 20.000 students. The campus is surrounded by a technology park housing approximately 320 companies, of which many have a close relationship with the university and its research activities. The NW1 is located on the southern side of the campus and houses the faculties of physics and electrical engineering.

The main conference rooms are located on the ground floor of the building, whereas lunch will be served on the first floor. As can be seen from the floor plan, the conference rooms H2 and H3 are located on the left-hand side near the main entrance of the building. The posters and industrial exhibitions will be on display in the adjacent room for the whole day, but especially during the coffee breaks, which are also held in this room.
