Abstract:

In an emergency, communications cannot rely on traditional mobile networks. This is where so-called mesh methods come into play, using hopping to achieve greater network coverage.

The aim is to investigate the extent to which the system/link layer development environment Sionna can simulate how well these messages are received on the University of Bremen campus.

In addition to simulating the data in Sionna, a measurement campaign will also be carried out on site.
